Work for Ukraine supports companies, NGO’s and public organizations who aim to hire highly-skilled Ukrainian migrants and refugees. Language, network and experience are often seen as handicaps for newly arriving refugees.
We believe that in the right context they can also be invaluable assets, both within their stay in the EU as well as in in preparation for the rebuilding of Ukraine and its communities. Work for Ukraine assists in unlocking that potential.
Our services
Work for Ukraine offers organizations guidance in finding and working with specialized Ukrainian migrants. We provide expert advisory, coordination and management services in order to give your organization effortless experience when starting to work with Ukrainian migrants. We can guide your organization in one or both of two crucial phases:
1. Matchmaking
We advise you and prepare all steps together with necessary for a quick hiring process. Our broad network and Ukrainian-speaking specialists will assist in your search for suitable candidates that fit your requirements.
2. Onboarding
We guide your organization and your new staff as you get introduced to each other and your working culture. We make sure your experience during this phase is as smooth a hassle free as possible.

Background
We support organizations to find & onboard skilled Ukrainian migrants.
The war in Ukraine is causing millions of Ukrainians to flee and resettle across Europe. Amongst them are many with specialized professional skills and backgrounds who
look to re-start their careers as soon as possible.
Yet, organizations requiring those skills may experience obstacles in identifying and hiring Ukrainians,
such as language, cultural differences, practical concerns around refugee statuses and certifiable diplomas and work experiences.
We believe that work that matches someone’s personal talent and background, is a fundamental right and a key ingredient to re-start life in a new country.
